For the avatar: At the top left corner of the page, underneath the SketchCrawl logo and where it says "Board index," it should say "User Control Panel." Click on that, and then click on your "Profile" tab. Next click on the "Edit avatar" tab. There, you can upload a picture. Hope that helps!
