Re: San Francisco, Ca. SketchCrawl

Golden Gate is pretty this time of year and the area around the DeYoung/Science Museum/Tea House is very busy. If not there, I recently was walking around Clement between Arguello and Park Presidio Blvd and its full of Asian supermarkets, stands, shops, people. Loved a sea food store that has tank a...

Re: San Francisco, CA

What about something away from APE, away from buildings - maybe landscape-y, out in nature to catch the sun (hopefully we'll have some by then!) before winter sets in. I love drawing at the Botanical Gardens in Golden Gate Park, coffee shop close by, easy by bus. http://www.sfbotanicalgarden.org/Gar...

Re: SAN FRANCISCO

Turns out I'm going to be in NYC for May 15th SketchCrawl, so I"m not going to be able to attend the SF Crawl. Hoping someone else can pick up the details of crawling in the Financial District. Have a great time!

Re: SAN FRANCISCO,CA

I went to look around yesterday, it might take having a car, not sure. Maybe starting at The Ramp ( where Mariposa ends at Illinois) and then crawling south down Illinois. There are wonderful abandoned buildings, cranes, boats on the water, views across the bay. Yesterday there was a huge white ship...
