If you'd go for brush-markers, Faber Castell has some really nice ones, as does Tombow. Tombow's will run with water, but Faber-Castells are water safe.

I like the faber castell brush-markers a lot, but they lose their tip really fast...

Mostly everyone wanders around in a big group, and we stop places, disperse for a couple hours, and then regroup to wander in a particular direction again. It's lots of fun.

Yeah, we haven't done Japantown yet (have we?)... there's this tree down there with a big scar on it where some lady crashed into it while I was walking down the sidewalk. I always stop and say hi to the tree that saved my life when I'm in Japantown :) So Easter Sunday is the 16th - do we want to tr...

I'm good for whenever! As long as it gets decided enough in advance, so I can get the day off.

8th sounds great.

Just don't stop drawing...! It's more fun when you've got a lot of people around, but it's different and really quiet, relaxing when you're crawling by yourslef.

Good luck, have fun!

My little brother's birthday is on the 19th... unfortunately. I'm going to be going to that; you know they say you only turn 17 once.

If you're lucky.

Hope you guys get a good turnout, though! Plenty of people in SF who aren't in tokyo or at birthday parties...

I haven't heard anything one way or another about that class (in fact, I haven't heard about it at all), but there's really no reason you can't do a two day sketch marathon yourself, class or no class! Just grab a sketchbook and pencil and on your weekend go out, find interesting places to hang out,...

Yes! Biga, I was hoping you were going to post that Death Star one... it's awesome. Totally got the colors on the nasty concrete walls... My computer (which has the software for my scanner) has gone comatose, and won't turn on... seems like every crawl I go to, my computer dies on me before I can sc...
