Thanks Emma! What was scary was seeing how the men were dancing with her. Nothing really inappropriate... just overweight men trying to belly dance was something I didn't really need to see.

I had dinner at a Persian restaurant and they had a belly dancer performing. Really graceful movements with quick hip action.

There was a break in the rain almost a couple weeks ago, so here are the drawings I did. It will be crowded in Japantown - half a day is good. Suggestions for an art gallery or museum? Fillmore Street sounds cool to me too.

Any idea when the Cherry Blossom Festival is in SF's Japantown? That would be cool to draw and enjoy some great eats!
