Wonderful lines gabi! Very nice style and I love the color tones and the "less is more"-style. Excellent results and thanks for sharing! I especially like no 3 from the top. Very "architect"-style:ish.

Wonderful faces Yetska! You have really captured great expressions in their faces, very inspiring and I will try that at the next crawl here in Sweden!

Namaste!

Ah, great to see the results from India. I had been waiting for those as I think India is such a cultural and exotic place (never been there though). So I have been waiting anxiously for the results and how nice they are! Great line work and I hope you join the next crawl too!

Mossgate: Amazing sketch book, could you show it more up-close? Would like to see the back and how it's bound, if possible?! Did you make it yourself? Great to see your equipment too, those kind of photos one can never get enough of! :)

Great sketches too! Neat.

Awesome! Great work everyone!
SF seems to be a wonderful place, to me it's just scenery from movies. But fantastic scenery! Wish to visit SF some day, I think it would be overwhelming for a photographer/sketcher like me.
Nice to see all the results, makes me want to travel there!

Who was using that Lamy Safari pen? How do you like it to sketch with? Is the line width nice and narrow? I was one of them! I love my Lamy pens, they are smooth and soft, yet firm. They come with a Medium nib but you can choose the one you prefer when you order. Or at least it was that way when I ...

Re: The "essential" colors for a sketching kit?

But WHICH colors should i pick? Hi annelito ---- There is good advice on watercolor colors here from Mr. MacEvoy: http://www.handprint.com/HP/WCL/palette5.html Scroll down a few inches on that web page to the box labeled ' paint list for the basic palette '. Those are outstanding basic suggestions....

Marvellous sketches and great photos, love the hummingbird! Beautiful! Amazing what a weather you had! Hot and sunny... Sounds unreal as we had only +4 degrees celsius and snow and almost freezed our fingers off. But it was worth being a part of such a great event! Thanks for sharing your work every...

Great sketches and nice to see photos too! Amazing that you guys could walk around in t-shirts and shorts while we, in Sweden, had to wear mittens, long-johns, boots, thick winter jackets and try to keep warm with hot cocoa and coffee...

Thanks for sharing your great work!
