I had dinner at a Persian restaurant and they had a belly dancer performing. Really graceful movements with quick hip action.

these are great! so much movement and they're all so loose... bellydancers always vaguely scare me, but these are v. nice.

Thanks Emma! What was scary was seeing how the men were dancing with her. Nothing really inappropriate... just overweight men trying to belly dance was something I didn't really need to see.

Great sketches. My wife does belly dancing, but she refuses to let me see her dance. Thinks I will laugh at her.

hey nice work. The way in which you depicted the form really makes me feel the quick movements of the dancer.
