I am thinking downtown Pasadena would be a fun place to walk around and it's pretty too. If anyone have any other idea please feel free to charm in.

Pasadena sounds good.
A California Sketch Crawl would be amazing! San Francisco + Los Angeles + San Diego all in one spot for a weekend of sketching. Imagine that!

I talk to a few other people who are interested outside this forum ... seems like most people like Pasadena too!! What time would be good?

Pasadena would be fun. There's some lovely architecture there as well as plenty of places to sketch people.
A 10AM start time sounds good to me, but then I'm not a big fan of early mornings anyway.

So far it seems like most people like Pasadena ... I am thinking ... we can meet outside Johnny Rocket restaurant at the plaza sitting area:

There are plenty of outdoor sitting with shades, chairs and tables ... and the little plaza area is pretty, good for people watching and waiting.
As for time, I don't mind to wake up early ... I think the SF team starts at 10:30am, should we start at 10:30am also?

That sounds like a good place to start. Then if we want we can always move around Old Town, go to one of the nearby parks or go down to the Paseo-Colorado.
