Rockport, Texas - SOLO [RESULTS]

Lots of serious artists in this area of Texas. Hoping to get several together for the next SketchCrawl. I only managed to get four sketches done but I sold lots of stuff at our garage sale!

Great sketches LibLib! Nice lines and great coloring. Love the tones in your colors and those pelicans (?) look great.

The brown pelicans have made a wonderful recovery after their numbers declined in the '60s and '70s. Still endangered but getting better. They glide by my house in groups as large as 17 or on solo missions. A beautiful sight!

The way you draw and paint is loose and that gives a kind of liveliness to the work that makes it fun.

Really nice watercolor sketches - I guess you live by the water. I like the dock, with all the tire bumpers, as well as the pelicans best.
