Portland, OR RESULTS

We held a two part sketchcrawl. Saturday, Linda organized a group to meet at the Central public library. She had a handful of folks come out. (I was working a booth at a conference, though I did end up sketching!) Sunday, I met a group at the Kennedy School, which is an old elementary school converted to house a restaurant, bars, a soaking pool, community rooms, movie theater, gym for various concernts, hotel rooms...etc. It's quirky and fun. My favorite was the Boiler Room bar. LOTS to sketch! I will post my sketches soon!

I had to work at a conference the day of the actual sketchcrawl, but I got in a couple of sketches:
but because i bascially had the same view all day, I got bored of it and only did those two sketches.

I met up with some Portland folks on Sunday at the http://www.Kennedyschool.comwhere there is lots of interesting things to see and draw

We sketched at the Central Library downtown, then met for coffee afterward. I felt so inspired by the beautiful sketches of the other participants that I went back to library for another try and did the pen and colored pencil sketch of the arches and lights. I hope the others post their sketches so you all can enjoy them.
