Someday I 'm coming in to meet your group in the city and sketch. It is just a long trip from all the way out on Long Island. I just love the sketches!!

I split this sketchcrawl between San Francisco and New York. See sketches from the San Francisco leg of my trip here: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=5218&p=26432#p26392 I was sick May 15 and by that time back in the Bay Area anyway but I spent the week just previous in New York City for my son's graduation from New York University in Yankee Stadium. (hooray!) I spent my time wandering around sketching here and there.

Crossing by foot over the Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan I sat down on the span and did a sketch of the Manhattan Bridge

Then I got some face time in the City on the subway, in the parks and right in the middle of Times Square.

I eventually made my way up to Times Square and sketched while waiting for my son to get out of work.
