Hi Marta. You will have to upload your image to flikr, deviantart, or something.
A quick and easy way, if you don't already use such a thing, would be to go to http://www.tinypic.com. Upload your image, then on the next page they will give you some code to paste in to your message, under "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards".
