Munich, Germany [RESULTS]
On a snowy Saturday I met with the other Munich sketchers at the Museum Mensch und Natur (Museum of Man and Nature) at Nymphenburg Palace, a natural history museum with a temporary exhibition about Birds-of-paradise. It was a fun day for me, with lots of sketching, chatting with my fellow sketchers and swapping sketchbooks. It’s so interesting and inspiring to see all the different results.
And this are my results:
Archaeopteryx:
I don’t know the name of this one:
Brown Bear “Bruno”:
Electus parrots:
A bird-of-paradise:
A Siamang monkey:
Some kind of weasel and a fox:
Old Homo sapiens skulls:
Various Birds:
And now I’m looking forward to see the drawings from my fellow sketchers .

Yes, it was a great day, and I was unusually productive.
A big hollow crystal:
A fossil coral, an ammonite, and a fish:
A Glyptodon (reconstructed model from fossilized bones):
Africa by night:
Look, a squirrel!
A model of a huge prehistoric dragonfly:
A scorpio (drawn by looking through a magnifying glass), and a big bird:
An owl (he looked much more intimidating in nature):
And a couple of very pretty and colourful parrots:
