hello,
sorry I got a bit delayed in replying.

so anyway, the Völkerkundemuseum has 3 **clear** votes from me, Judith and Pina.

the stadmuseum has 2 clear votes from Micha and Heidi and it has "I will sketch where Micha is sketching" from Wolfgang - because we need to make a decision, I would argue that this is not a clear choice for the stadtmuseum and so the meeting place should be the Völkerkundemuseum at 11.

It wasn't a clearcut decision but as I said, I think we need to decide and this seems fairest to me,

just to clarify - if we all go to the Völkerkundemuseum, then I, Judith, and Pina are 'happy', and Wolfgang is also 'happy' since he is sketching where Micha is, and Micha and Heidi are 'neutral', so 4 happies and 2 neutrals.

if we all go to the Stadtmuseum, then Micha and Heidi are happy, Wolfgang is also happy since he is sketching where Micha is sketching, and me, Judith and Pina are neutral, so 3 happies and 3 neutrals.

So, the Völkerkundemuseum should be the winner with 4 happies?

yes

yes but I would say don't look like you're about to have an accident - if I was one of the staff and saw someone with a large jar of water precariously balanced on the edge of a stool, I might feel like asking them to stop or something.
