38th WW SketchCrawl! Great way to start up a new year! January is pretty cold in Ottawa, but we do have some great museums that might make for a great sketch crawl location.

How about the Museum of Nature on McLeod @ 10 a.m. It has loads of "larger than life" exhibits. Mike

OK - Looks like we have a a location for Ottawa - Lets meet at the Museum of Nature. I will probably head down in the morning but am open to meet at the front lobby any time.

Sounds like fun! Unfortunately I won't be in Ottawa on the 19th, but I *will* be there from Friday, Feb. 8 through Sunday, Feb. 10. Would love to meet up with some sketchers while I'm there, on either Friday or Saturday. Ideas for good urban sketching locations would be welcome too. Please send me an email if interested.

Hey if you are in Ottawa I would be interested in sketching in February! There are lots of places to sketch in the city. Not sure if you have been her in February - it can be pretty cold. There are lots of museums though that make for great venues. I can also be reached by email at gregmanley@manleyart.com.

Looking forward to Saturday - Museum of Nature should be a great place to sketch. The newly restored heritage building with a modernist addition will make for some interesting drawing, not to mention the dinosaurs, blue whales and polar bear exhibits.
