Our meeting today in Berne was great and a pleasure to meet you all! I've never experienced so many sketchers on a Sketchcrawl at once here in Swizterland. In Zurich it was just a few each time a participated... The first one since we established the blog http://switzerland.urbansketchers.org . I hope, there will be other occasions for coming togehter from all the different places in Switzerland as today: Sharing experiences and sketching together. This was a great start and let's try to repeat that on a 2nd Swiss national Sketchcrawl (maybe Fribourg in October 2013). I will announce it on the usk blog as soon as we know the date of the Skechcrawl in autumn.

Bravo aux Sketchers Suisses! Great sketches and big team for the first time! Great!

Thanks to all the swiss sketchers for the great time yesterday. It was nice meeting you there. Hopefully we'll have good weather next time, so that we can sit outside and stay together a bit longer. And as Andre said, please feel free to contact him or myself if you want to start posting on the swiss urbansketchers blog (switzerland.urbansketchers.org) and you don't have an account yet. I think that's a good way to stay in touch between one 'official' Sketchcrawl and another.












Ps. It was difficult to decide where to post... finally I thought I would reply to this post to help keeping it on top, close to the 'main one'. I hope nobody takes it personally

Hello! This was my first sketchcrawl, I enjoyed it a lot! So many sketchers that day, it was crazy!

Wonderful sketches, Javier and Emmanuelle, and all the other Swiss sketchers! Such great depictions of the animals especially.

Sorry for Elfine who posted her sketches on "Bern, Switzerland"! You can see them there or here soon, I hope
It was really a wonderful meeting! I enjoy very much to meet sketchers from all Switzerland. May be next time we'll have the pleasure to meet our brothers from Ticino! Do anybody knows some one sketching there? I'll try to contact art schools and see what happens. As Sandman told, we keep connected and try to meet again in October.
