Waterloo, Ontario, Canada Jan 2013 Sketch Crawl

This was the first Sketch Crawl in Waterloo, Ontario organized by Brenda Murray, Ruth Scheffler, Cathy Amos and Victoria Arnott. We sent out a press release and our event appeared in the local newspaper a few days in advance (http://www.therecord.com/whatson/artsen ... M.facebook). Seven people participated. We met for breakfast at a local diner at 10:00 am then met up for a drink and a share at 4:00 at a nearby pub. The temperature was about +2 deg C (+35 deg F) and a few people sketched outdoors for a short while but I wussed out and sketched inside the Clay and Glass Gallery looking out the huge windows. A photographer from SNAP magazine showed up and took pictures. She is a secret artist and has decided to join us for the next Sketch Crawl! Everyone had a great time and are excited for the next Sketch Crawl in April when (we hope) the weather will be a little warmer!

Your drawings are great. Animal drawing is lovely and the three lamps with arch design behind is impressive.
