It was just the two of us again for this one but my son and & I had a great time. We mistakenly picked a venue hosting a pumpkin patch and it was jam packed with people but we found a few quiet corners and set up for a few quick sketches. The weather here in Phoenix is perfect now (mid 80s F) and it was an excellent day for sketching. Haven't sketched since the last SketchCrawl - I need to be more disciplined and am getting pretty rusty. My son got a few good sketches as well and journaled quite a lot. I will post his as soon as he gives me permission






My son made this sketch kit and takes it with him everywhere. He is more dedicated than his dad

That cactus looks like I should stay far away. lol Nice sketches! You do so well that you really should sketch more often. Maybe your son will make you a great sketching kit like he has so you are always ready to go out. Thanks for sharing these.

The desert is one of my favorit place... also when I do not so often go there. I just have great memories of it!
The cactus brings me back there and the butterfly is just wonderful!
