Today 9 Sydney sketchers met up for a low key sketchcrawl. We headed to a lovely inner city suburb of Surry Hills where there are tree lined streets of quaint terrace house and great cafes!
I did intend to sketch down Bourke St but instead ended up spending the morning sitting on a comfy bench opposite the legendary Bourke St Bakery and sampling their wares. Coffee, cakes and a chicken and sweet potato and pea pie. YUM!

From today's sketchcrawl in Surry Hills. Back at the Bourke Street Bakery but at least this time managed a few more metres down the street

We had a lovely morning sketching at the Bourke Street Bakery. The terrace was completed on location, the queue at the Bakery was sketched on location but colour added later.
