I apologize to my colleagues of that day. Until today I haven't published in SketchCrawl.com about this 49th Sketchcrawl.
Last year we had drawn from the roofs of the Isleta, this time we talked to draw on top of the cathedral of Las Palmas. Ale asked the relevant permits to draw and we were in front of the cathedral that Saturday morning Alejandro, Dulce, Marie Carmen and me. And we begin to draw on the Plaza de Santa Ana:

There we made our first drawings:
Catedral. Dibujo de Ale García by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
Catedral. Dibujo de Dulce González by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
Catedral. Dibujo de Marie Carmen Pascual by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
Catedral de Las Palmas. 49 #SketchCrawl by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
Then we climbed to the top of the tower of the Cathedral. And the views are worth:
Panorámica desde la Torre de la Catedral hacia la ciudad by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
Panorámica desde la Torre de la Catedral hacia el mar by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
Drawing from there it is easy to lose track of time:
Pedro dibujando en la torre de la Catedral by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
And with so many different artists, get very different views:
Dibujo de Ale García desde la Torre by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
Dibujo de Dulce González desde la Torre by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
Dibujo de Marie Carmen Pascual desde la Torre by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
And it is also possible that, lost in details, you run out of time to be up there:
Vista desde la Catedral. 49 #SketchCrawl by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
… and you have to end your drawing at home:
Las Palmas desde la Torre de la Catedral. Tinta y acuarela. by Pedro Villarrubia, en Flickr
And this is my 49th Sketchcrawl story from the top of the Cathedral of Las Palmas.
