My goal for this sketch crawl was the chimeny stack of Rosenlundsverken, I can see it from my kitchen window but now I wanted to examine it closer.
A first sketch rather close up, it is not the whole chimney - I shrunk it a bit ...
I moved around a bit and discovered these horisontal pipes, very fun to draw!
It was getting a bit chilly and I needed food and coffeé. But on the way there I just had to do a quick sketch of the Haga church with scaffolding around it.
Then I sat down to do this sketch. I found out that it was to chimneys! One small and one big.
This factory is huge, and in the middle of the city
It produces heat, so I think it is kind of clean and just water vapor that comes out of the chimneys.
I walked away a bit and did a last pencil sketch. Here it is very obvious that the two chimneys are very different in size.
The day was sunny, but as soon as the sun went away or the wind started to blow - it was really cold.
But I hade a wonderfull day out there.
