53rd WorldWide-Sketchcrawl at Quincy Florida's 5th Porchfest Music Festival October 22nd was generously sponsored by Quincy Mainstreet and the Gadsden Arts Center and Museum.

Special thanks to Joe Munroe and Dawn McMillan and their Quincy Mainstreet staff, volunteers and co-sponsors for organizing this event and providing advertising, food, and drinks to artists. This event hosted 20 bands on 11 porches in beautiful historic Quincy Florida!

Special thanks to Grace Robinson and her GAC staff for comfort station and exhibit space for artists!

Gadsden Arts Center [Munroe Community room in the Fletcher Annex (old café)] generously opened to sketchcrawlers as a relief station and lunch meeting place to see each other's sketches and check out the current exhibits [like "Out of Pocket" and "Arts in Gadsden"] (see links)

Look forward to our Gadsden Arts Center/Museum sketchcrawlers' exhibit in May 2017.

I think all of you was so joyful to sketch at such a nice place sponsored by kind staffs.
Beautiful sound might have made your hands dance on papers. Great sketches prove the atmosphere of the moments.
Congratulations to your next year exhibition in advance.

Thank you BH Yoo and Tatie!
You are right about how music can inspire a "dancing hand" and lively drawing!

I have only one new image posted this morning...my version of Randy's Antique Ford car.
I know other people were sketching on other porches, so I still hope to post more tomorrow when they send them to me.
Mark

Your car seems to be running. It's lively, Mark.
I enjoyed the work of Mary's Stitch & Sew Shop too. It makes me to feel like that I am there trying goods beside her.

Thanks Phillipe! I looked for your posts and website, but could not find...please help :eh:

Thanks for checking our posts again BH Yoo: you know we are slow sometimes  (plus 12 hours behind Korea every day! )

I posted 5 new images just a minute ago: Color from Debi Kistler (I like her church and the shadows on her porch drawings, especially)
plus a Black and White street scene by Dottie.
