I'm taking some friends from Brussels and we might not make it at eleven. Could you pick a second spot in the early afternoon (around 1) so we can find you and join later (if we don't get there in time)?

How about 1 pm at Groentemarkt, Gent

It's pretty much in the center, so I guess we'll be drawing somewhere near there anyway.
Usually we meet and split in smaller groups to go to various places, and come back together again later.

There are quite some cathedrals and churches around, so that's an option..
Then there's the Hema.. it became our local hang out to sketch anyway...
The shopping mall at 't Zuid (and the library across)...
't Glazen straatje.... though it might be smokin' hot there...
Mosquito Coast is a nice smoke free pub...
The Mariott hotel, though they'll probably kick us out in a jiffy...
There's a small seating area in front of the local Spar supermarket where you can sketch the people at the cash register...
I hope it won't have to come to this, but there's a McDonalds...
ehm.. I'm sure we'll think of something :wink:

For now the weather doesn't forecast rain, and a reasonable temperature of 12 degrees... let's hope its true.
