Madrid, Spain (RESULTS)

Sunny day here in Madrid. We had an appointment in TABACALERA http://latabacalera.net/, a state owned old tobacco factory that has become a key spot of blooming cultural activity. I spent the day there, did some 15 sketches, and ate delicious senegalese food. More photos and scans to follow

A group of us (9-10) met in Madrid, in Lavapies quarter, at noon in a sunny marvellous day. After a first stop at a square near Sombrerete street, we made a break for some tapas and beers. After that we joined at a cultural centre, former tobacco-makers building (la tabacalera) to keep drawing. And finally we had a loooong lunch at a terrace till 19:30h.

Agree with Luis, I couldn't wait to see the result form Madrid.
4ojos - Brilliant works as usual! I especially love those two-toned ones and the girl sits square on her seat in the bar!
Joaquin - Lovely and lively town view and very nice portraits of fellow sketchers!
