Tokyo Sketchcrawlers
I love opening up the sketchcrawl thread from the Tokyo team... always such a talented and fun group.
Thanks as always for your wonderful photo's that accompany your crawls (Tetsu) .. Tokyo is such a beautiful city so rich in history, that every time you post I get a new virtual tour of a section of the city.
I have always wanted to see the Imperial Palace and surrounding grounds.
BUT.. you folks always end up making me hungry, showing all that food and food sketches I wish there was a smiley with me rubbing my tummy.
Plutark (visiting) - Nice pen sketch in progress I can see from the photo's. Look forward to seeing the final sketch posting. And the cuttlefish Hope you had a great visit in Tokyo. - envy
Kumi - I never get tired of checking out your sketches - such a great style and great eye for colour and action. Food sketches as expected too
Miyako - What can I say.. I like detailed pencil sketches and yours are suberb.
Takeru - Excellent sketches.. I really like them all but especially the old man on the subway (I like people sketches - so much character)
Tetsu - I always enjoy seeing your sketches too. Your own style, I can recognize easily (besides being posted with yellow border ) Great sketching today. I see you did not bring your little boy with you He is such a wonderful looking boy.
Machiko - did I miss your sketch somewhere here? Or have you yet to post?
T-nora - really lovely sketches and so neat in that sketchbook. Beautiful sketch style.
Akiko - another beautiful sketch style. Great sketch .. wow.
My apologies if I missed anyone.
Cheers

Awesome results, cool to see yet another new person join up with the great sketchcrawl Tokyo team. They're really great people aren't they Plutark? Glad you were able to join them! Great sketches and photos from everyone, Takeru-san you made some lovely sketches! Beautiful work from Tetsu and Kumi, as always -- すてきですよ。 Miyako's sketch is so detailed and soft, and I really like Ina-san's sketch as well. I hope T-nora-san will post hers, it looks like a great take. Looks like a wonderful time spent with warm hearted fellow artists. Fantastic results Team Tokyo = )

Re: Tokyo SketchCrawl team - results!
Hi here are the results, I'm still drawing in Tokyo until wednesday! I don't want to get back to London, Tokyo is just great, everything work and is clean, people are helpful and the city is really nice!
And the Sketch team is great as well
imperial palace
national diet building
skytree tower
vending machines, I couldn't prevent drawing, they are everywhere in Tokyo (ver convenient when you're thirsty!)
beer cases in the street

Tokyo Sketchcrawl group...
I am back to visit your postings...
Becco... I was expecting to see some sketches from you, I always enjoy seeing yours on these Sketchcrawls. Wonderful postings from you on this crawl and thanks for the photo's. I particularly like your people on the Train this time. The building sketches are great too. You have a photo of a bus.. those buses are much more colourful and entertaining than the buses here in Vancouver.
Gobu... Nice sketching style, nice and light. Fantastic sketch of Kumi.
T-Nora... beautiful bridge sketch with great colour, I like this sketching style you do. The people sketches are really marvellous.
Maki.. very nice figure sketches... especially the one of Tetsu.. Nice hat
Plutark ...The sketches were hard to see clearly when they were in the earlier posted photos glad to see you posted the sketches so we can all appreciate them. All very good sketches, I really like the one done of the stacked beer crates
Thanks to all of you in the Tokyo group for posting.
Cheers
