A small, but quality group of sketchers braved the snow & cold to meet up at Winter Garden of the World Financial Center. Everyone there was new to me, it was great to meet so many friendly people!

I got there at about 1 on the dot !!! I didn't see anyone. I'm upset I didn't get to meet all of you, I'm sure there will be a next time. I did however walk around and had a nice freezing sketchcrawl, by myself !!! I'll upload some work soon. Nice stuff so far guys !

Sunil, these look terrific! I especially like the palm trees and the guy shoveling. I am sorry we missed this as we have been talking about it for a long time. Not only did we get snow in Long Island, but we had sleet and rain as well, making transportation impossible. We will try for the next one!

Hey Rob. Sorry that you missed us! Most of the group left around 1. I was still there, but obviously we didn't see each other. Sorry that it didn't work out, but I hope you still had some fun sketching. Looking forward to seeing your images!

Sunilo - These are great! The palm trees look so tall and majectic. You nailed those!!! I like the guy shoveling. That is pretty much what life was like for us here on Long Island, and kept us from coming in to meet with the group. I hope Susan and I make it the next time.

Nice sketches Richard. Wish I coud have made it in, but the roads were covered in ice along the coast. Glad you had some brave souls come out.
