Lots of serious artists in this area of Texas. Hoping to get several together for the next SketchCrawl. I only managed to get four sketches done but I sold lots of stuff at our garage sale!

The brown pelicans have made a wonderful recovery after their numbers declined in the '60s and '70s. Still endangered but getting better. They glide by my house in groups as large as 17 or on solo missions. A beautiful sight!
