I went down to Point Arena wharf again, to check out the possible tsunami conditions from the large earthquake in Chile. The sea was pretty rough, no one fishing from the wharf, or surfing, of course, and the waves were breaking over the parking lot area. Not too bad, though. First sketch was off the massive rock cliff near the wharf, with an abandoned watch tower on top:
Next, I stopped by the lineup of fishing boats that had been pulled out of the water and onto the parking lot:
Finally, I stopped at a local fisherman's house where he has his porch decked out in colorful fish net floats that had broken loose and washed up onto the beach. Makes a colorful addition to a dull, gray house:
