San Francisco, CA [Results]
Hi,
Nice to see some San Francisco results already.
Note: I have moved your posts to this topic. Please post results in a results page. Also it will help if you edit your posts and link your images so they display within the forum (I have added one for you) (see instructions), as opposed to just a link that points elsewhere.
In our experience people are more likely to comment if they see them here, the other reason is that not everybody views the results from a computer, some view it from a cellphone, iPad, etc.
If for some reason you are not able to post your images, please post in the help section.

Re: San Francisco, CA
I was in San Francisco at the California Art Club Winter Symposium hosted by the Bay Area Chapter.
We had a two hour talk by Joseph Pacquet, a Minnesota Plein Air painter that was just outstanding.
I did some sketches of participants and I'll post them here even though I wasn't out with the SF Sketchcrawl group.
At least I wasn't far away.
Lisa Cavalier is the cheerful Director of the California Art Club and did a lot of work to put this weekend event together.
The President of the California Art Club is Peter Adams. He participated in a panel discussion and also offered his insights into other peoples paintings in a two hour critique session.
I'll get back out with you guys next time.

Re: San Francisco, CA
I thought sure it was going to rain all day, but it turned out to be pretty nice in parts. Here are some passengers from my Bart commute to the Ferry Building, and a photographer along the pier, lining up a shot of the Bay Bridge.
Inside the Ferry Building, the ceiling of the main hall. Drawn while sitting in what I feel obliged to tell you is the most comfortable of Adirondack chairs, outside the storefront of The Gardener.
Stepped outside and across the Embarcadero for a bit. Here is fellow sketcher Christina, and some political protesters swarming about.
A couple of views of a tourboat, docked and sailing away, and a couple of kids watching it.
Finished my sketchbook on the train back home. This passenger drawn over lecture notes from earlier in the year.
See you all next time.

Re: San Francisco, CA [Results]
Hi folks. This time around I used my Tombo pen exclusively. Originally I was going to do some environmental drawings, but I was a bit under the weather and didn't feel like staying out in the cold and wind for too long. So I drew a lot of people. Too many to put them all up in fact. So here is half of the work I did at SketchCrawl. I'll post more of them on blog next week, but I didn't feel like overloading this forum with my images. Enjoy

Amazing artwork everyone. I'm glad to see how many people braved the weather and made it out to the Crawl. I hope to see many of you at the next one.
