Luckily we didn't pick an outdoor venue with temps hitting a very toasty 95.
We sketched at one of our favorite locations - the Sam Noble Museum of Natural History - and welcomed a few new sketchers to the group.

Congratulations, Oklahoma Sketchers!
We are the only 2 groups in America so far...I hope KJulin will post, she usually does.
Anyway, we have a mammoth in our Florida history museum and Native American structures like that at Mission San Luis in Tallahassee --where we had previous sketchcrawls. So I think you have a good feel for these familiar subjects.
Thanks for you special point of view.
Our group's favorite was Tom's ceratops (color), although William's Smiladon, Cassie's Bison Hat and Chris' wooly elephant head were close runner-ups.
Speaking of "Runners"--is that also a snake sitting beside William? I would worry more about that than the roadrunner.
(Beep-beep!)
